Brown Beach House hotel is only 1 minute walk from the beach, only 800m from the UNESCO listed old town Trogir and only 5500m from international Split airport. Brown Beach House occupies a former tobacco shipment station Duhanka which was transformed into a beautifull boutique hotel by designer Saar Zafrir.
